Lexdan Select is assisting a company with their search for a Legal Advisor, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Responsibilities: Contracting drafting, review, and negotiation. Responsible for the full life cycle of legal documents for the group. Legal risk management. Litigation management. Requirements: Completed LLB degree and admitted attorney. Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience in-house or in private practice, with strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience.
